2024 was a year for Jules to spend time with family… so we didn’t find her very many places this year.
In 2025, Jules starts out the year at the Lansing Women’s Expo on February 7-9th. Check back here to find more information.
While Jules has been caring for family, she has been working on a couple fun projects!! She cannot wait to showcase them next year!

Works In Progress…
At the moment, I am working on a new series called Silence. It is an idea that I have been working on for the last couple years. If we don’t learn about history and then we are forced to relive it? What would that look like? I get to research history and then apply it to a future where everyone is used to technology and convenience. Hmmm….
I keep a story journal full of book ideas… mostly to keep my brain from exploding.
No matter what ELSE I am working on, the journey of Emma is never far from my mind. In the Shadows of Home series, the third book will find Thane heading off to fight in the Civil War. This will leave Emma alone to run the farm and take care of the family. Strapping a baby on your back to work in the garden gives new meaning to hard work. (I usually try to experience for myself the things I write about. I think I’ll skip this one.) Right now, I’m researching the military units that came out of Michigan… listening to Emma tell me where her journey needs to go… listening to Mark and Rachel tell me their struggles…. and finding a love interest that can suit Seth’s spunk.
